I found Swartout Wall on Angie's List. Art Swartout responded to my call promptly and Fred was out at my house within 2 days. Fred communicated with the person who installed my drain tile throughtout the process and the project went smoothly.

I hired Swartout Wall to sheetrock my garage and they came to my house in Mound on time on the day expected. The workers were delightfully courteous and professional and clearly knew what they were doing. The workers were quite amazing to watch as it looked as though they had been doing this for 30 years! Sheetrocking a garage that was built in 1967 can be tricky because it was not to code and Swartout Wall advised me on what needed to be taken care of and actually showed me the code that needed to be followed. A supervisor checked in with me to be sure everything was going well during and after the project, which I found impressive. One thing that came up was they had to uninstall the garage door opener to sheetrock under it! They did it and re-installed it without missing a beat (and no extra charges!)! Very impressive!!! I was very happy with the finished job and it helped sell my house quicker now that the garage walls were now in compliance with fire code.
