The communication with Sunny Side was fabulous both by e-mail and phone. Jim provided very quick responses, a quick and accurate written quote via e-mail and was a pleasure to work with. He showed up on time as stated and finished the job in the estimated timeframe. Our project ran into a couple of challenges in which he solved and worked through with no problems or concerns. There was one mistake made when ordering the windows but he quickly resolved the issue. We were very impressed with how he handled the situation and the outcome was perfect. We were also pleasantly surprised when the project completed that we only ran into the one issue. We will definitely consider Sunny Side for future projects!

Jim was prompt, efficient, honest, concerned about keeping costs down. He was forthright with challenges, asked before moving ahead, kept me informed of progress. He was immediate and thorough with estimate, of all estimates his came in most reasonable. The work is flawless, sturdy, detailed. He was respectful, his partner as well. Both were consistent, with no surprises.
