Very well. Fast, on time, professional, good job.

Workers did not speak English very well, used recycled water to clean. Spent about 15 minutes of actual cleaning time and then tried to sell extra services. Carpet looked the same when it was done. Poor job of cleaning.

I don't remember the price. It was one of those coupon specials.

Fine. The couches had been very dirty from dogs rubbing on the sides. The corners could have come out cleaner. The two workers were very friendly and amiable.

I think it was 3 rooms for $99 and I don’t know what we did for add-ons. The price was acceptable.

Went very well and as scheduled. We have used these people before and have been very satisfied with their service.

They did a nice job. It was expensive. I think that their pricing is generally in line with other carpet cleaners, but my complaints was that they spent quite a bit of time trying to get me to purchase a package for future cleaning or extra services. I was not happy about that. I think they did an amazing job with carpet cleaning.

They do just fine. They do good work. I've used them before. I would use them again.

Their pricing is about the same. It was not expensive.

When I owned the other house they did it, like, once a year. I don't have carpeting now so I don't use them any more. I used them for five or six years before. They were the best.

The team of 2 cleaning technicians came to do the job about 10 minutes after I received a call telling me they were on their way. They arrived well within the window the appointment was set up for. As I was planning to have this done more often during the year as I have multiple dogs that can soil our carpet pretty bad, I decided to go with their annual plan where they will come out a total of 4 times during a 1 year period. This saves me about 30% of the total cost. The technicians were chatty with me, and did an excellent job of cleaning our carpet. In fact, I think it turned out better than I had expected. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We were very pleased with it. They don't use chemicals. We feel really good about what they do. They're very thorough. I had them do extra than what their promo had. I like when they have specials. I usually wait until they have their specials. They did the corners. They're very cordial. They do a very good job. I don't have any complaints. They did such a stupendous job when we had our sump pump go out on us.

The workmen, Daniel O. and Bakary J., did a very good job of cleaning the carpet as described above. They arrived a little earlier than stated appointment time. I had asked the customer service person who set the appointment if worker moved furniture, if there were any associated fees or if there was anything else at all that I should know about. I was told the service person would move furniture, no fees other than service fees (i.e., travel fee) and got the cost rundown on number of rooms to be cleaned and pricing for applying Supershield. Decided on above only. No mention of not moving electronics (wheeled treadmill) or of hooking up to my water supply for cleaning purposes. Was put out by both and let workmen know this; they asked if I wanted to continue with the service. I picked Stanley Steemer mainly because company states it will move furniture; I have a bad back that I can easily throw out if not careful. I decided to get the work done. Luckily, sister was over & helped move it; back sore afterwards. No booties worn over shoes; is this normal for carpet cleaning? Both gentlemen were very conscientious; they went back over some stained spots that needed more than a once over. Only thing missed was putting protective layer under two couch legs; no issue noted on this after carpet dried. Again, they did a good job. I did think the service was on the pricey side for the area (sq. footage) cleaned. My only other beef is I want all needed information; I ask a lot of questions before deciding on any service because of limited time, funds and no confusion at date of service. It's my "line in the sand."

Billy B. thoroughly cleaned our carpet in 3 rooms, hallway and furniture. Very professional and will use their services in the future. Absolutely no problems. .

Things went well! Arrived on time and finished quickly. He gave us some tips on how to take care of our carpet and how long it should last. Very professional!

okay but not great. after having to fight with them about the basics of the job i'm not interested in any company that makes me fight for my most basic and already estimated services.

It didn't go well at all. They did not try to work out anything with me. They didn't offer anything to help.

They were responsive on their 800 number. They were efficient, quick, polite, and did what I expected them to do. I was very pleased with the services. It'll take another two days for the carpet to dry, but I'm confident I will be happy with results.

Their price was reasonable, and it was a special. They were here on time, but they did not do a very good job. My carpet does not look like it was even cleaned. I did not even call to tell them. I was just very disappointed with their work and knew that I was not going to call them when I need carpet cleaning again.

They called prior to arriving.They arrived on time.It appears the upholstrey is clean.PROBLEM - They discussed the use of SuperShield as a protectant on my upholstery. I asked about the product explaining that I have lung senstivities and was concerned. They informed me that it was a water based product rather than a chemical based product. I agreed to the service. Within a minute of the application my lungs tightened and I needed to go outside and use my inhaler. I am finding another place to spend the day as I need to not be in this environment. The Crew was pleasant and appologized. However, I feel the employees should be honest with customers about the product. Perhaps this is a training issue. I would have choosen to not have it done or to not be home during the application process if I had known about the chemicals in the product. I won't use Stanley Steemer services again for this reason.

They did a great job on the carpets, which is what I wanted. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. They were the only ones who came, so I didn’t have any comparison information. They were very nice, and they came when they said they were going to come. I thought their price was very fair.

We were very pleased with the results. The carpets and furniture are much cleaner, and the 2 men who did the work were prompt and professional. We will definitely use them again.

He came out in a very timely manner. I think he came the next day when we called them. He took the entire cushion back to his office with him and re stuffed them all and brought them back the next day. He also did the chair for free. He did a wonderful job. He was very professional, personal, and patient. He answered all of our questions. He was very timely. He showed up in a very short time. I would use him in the future.

The actual process of cleaning the ducts took longer than expected because of difficulty getting into the tight spaces of a townhome and figuring out the airflow. I didn't think much of that because everything I have had done on the townhome has required some adjustments. The cleaning of the ducts went well and there was a noticeable improvement in the air quality and amount of dust in the home. I had never had the ducts cleaned and didn't think to turn on the furnace to see if there was airflow to all the vents. When I went to turn on the air conditioning in June, there was absolutely no airflow to the vent in my bedroom. I called Stanley Steemer and they sent someone out to check the vent. The damper was closed, but even when it was opened there was still no airflow. He didn't go into the attic and thought the whole bedroom ceiling would need to come down. The guy who came out was going to check with his boss and then get back to us. We never received a call and I called multiple times to get an answer. When I finally talked to someone they said they did not have a camera to inspect the duct but were looking into borrowing one from another company to see what was going on. I never got a call back and again called multiple times to talk with someone to see what the next step would be. This time I was told it was not Stanley Steemer that broke the vent and they would not be getting a camera to check out the vent. I had an annual inspection done on my furnace and air conditioning and mentioned the problem I had with the one vent. The tech from the furnace company noted he heard air blowing in the attic (which was not normal) and advised me the vent needed to be fixed before winter or I would be getting roof damage from ice dams. My dad talked to an air duct cleaning company in the small town where he lives (they have cleaned my parents ducts multiple times with no problems), just to see if this was a common problem and what should be done. The small company in a small town has a camera to check ducts and the owner of the company told my dad I need to keep on Stanley Steemer to get the problem fixed. He said they should have insurance to cover these issues and was amazed they did not have a camera to inspect air ducts if they are doing air duct cleaning. My husband and I have been calling and calling for the past few weeks and messages have not been returned. I was told the company had new management and employees, but my husband just talked with the same person I had originally dealt with. We have been lied to repeatedly by the employees in this company and have spent over five months dealing with this issue. We went through all summer without air conditioning in the bedroom, it was miserable. I have multiple sclerosis and had an increase in symptoms due to the heat I had to deal with all summer. We have always had strong airflow in the vent in the bedroom and sometimes we had to close the vent a little because it was so strong. We are now working on legal action because we have no faith in Stanley Steemer to fix their mistake.
