I would highly recommend them they did a very good job. Matt worked with the insurance company on our behalf and instead of only getting the part that was damaged we got the whole roof repaired. That would not of happened with out them as the contractor. Very professional

I was very pleased with Matt and his crew.

I called Rich Pudas, who came out to estimate the work required.  His was the third of three bids taken, and was significantly less than the other two.  In addition, he added more "artistic" input to the project than that expressed by the others vying for the job. It took us about two weeks from the time of accepting his bid to actual construction day.  We, Rich and I, were both planning on the job taking about 2 days.  His crew was sized perfectly, not so many men that they were tripping over each other or, worse yet,some standing idle, yet enough men (nine) to get the job done effeciently. Due to narrow access to the sides and rear of the house where the work was to take place, all 30 tons of rock had to be moved wheelbarrow by wheelbarrow. The crew never stopped. The sides (about 150 feet) of the house were dressed with buff limestone, and then a "dry river bed" of river rock and boulders was laid over a curving, hand dug drainage path (125 feet) used to divert run off down the bluff.  It was a spectacular, and highly effective, answer to a perplexing water issue.  And the crew finished the entire job in a single day!  Great job done.  Great crew.  Priced very competitively.  Easy to work with.  Timely and very responsible.  Everyone cleaned up after themselves.  Great ideas.  I'd work with Pudas Landscaping again anytime and recommend them without reservation.  PS: My wife and I have acted as general contactor on the last 4 houses we have lived in.  I know quality subs.  I've lived with the best and the worst.  Pudas is terriffic!

I guess im repeating here, but its was great to have a company that really had the knolage not just yes men leaving the decisions up to me. They explained the process very clearly step by step. Down to the point in the day it would all happen. And no lie its just how it went down. For younger guys they give the impression they have been roofing for a long time.

I contacted Rich Pudas for a quote regarding new landscaping for my front and back yard.  In addition to the landscaping, I was interested in having a retaining wall built to replace an old damaged wall and an additional retaining wall to prevent erosion.  I scheduled an appointment with Rich to stop by my house to discuss what I wanted done and for him to take measurements of the property.  After a couple of weeks, Rich stopped by by to discuss his plans.  Rich brought a detailed blue print of his design along with a written proposal.  I met with two other landscape companies and neither one provided Rich's level of detail or creativity.  Listening to Rich discuss his design, it became obvious that he was experienced and had a passion for his work.  I decided to hire Rich and he put me on his schedule for the summer.  It took Rich about a week and half to complete the work.  He would have been done sooner if it were not for two days of rain.  Rich and his team did an incredible job.  The new landscaping looks beautiful and I'm blown away by the boulder walls and stone steps he built .  The quality of his work if first class and I will definitely hire him for future projects. 

Excellent design ideas. Easy to work with. Arrived at agreed to times. Excellent communication. Very responsive. Did the job with a minimum of mess. Cleaned up well. Results have exceeded expectations. We are very pleased and can recommend Pudas without reservation.

Pudas set up a work schedule, and got the work done within that schedule. There were 5 hard working men that spent two weeks on the project. During that time, they were polite, cheerful, and not once did we hear the bad language that is often common on construction projects. The way Pudas designed our patio and retaining wall there are pleasing curving lines as opposed to squared off shapes. I noticed this makes for a lot more cutting and work, but the result is a more pleasant natural appearance. I was impressed with the amount of care they put into making sure the patio was properly sloped for drainage and compacted to withstand winter. We now have an outdoor living space that is more beautiful than we could have imagined. This is an area where we love to spend as much time as possible.
