It was a pleasure to have worked with Tony Anderson (owner). He was very professional from the beginning to the end and he made it extremely easy for me. The work was done correctly and done efficiently. He was on-site to manage the job and made sure I understood each and every step that was being done. My roof looks great and I'm glad I found Tony and his company.

We found Pro Custom builders through a google search and a craigs list link. Doug and Tony were very responsive and arranged to come the next day (Monday - 3/1/10). They were efficient and were able to remove a mountain of snow from the roof (literally!) and get rid of the ice dams that were causing the leak. They used care when they were going up on the roof, used steam to remove the ice dams and also ensured that any water in the sheet rock on the inside of the garage could drain out. They cleaned up after the job which we appreciated very much. We were happy with the quality of their work given the emergency nature of the situation and would contact them again for other home related repairs.
