Premier Water was recommended to my by a friend who also had a similar system installed at her home.  I'd never owned a house on a Well before so learning all about Water Softeners and Arsenic (Eeeeek!!) was first and foremost.  I met with Lars who came out to the house to run some initial tests and then to spend time educating me in layman's terms about Water in the Shorewood area.  he explained all of my options, the costs and what to expect for future mainenance of the system.  I went all out with a high grade system with the inclusion of Arsenic Removal.  The system was installed in a day while I was at work (I felt comfortable leaving Lars and his team member the garage door opener to gain access).  The work was completed, the area wa cleaned up thoroughly.  I felt at one point a few months later that the chlorine usage was way low so I contacted Lars by email and he responded immediately, asked me few questions then sent one of his Team to investigate and resolve the issue.  We ended up turning up the volume of Chlorine.  In the past year I have contacted Lars a couple of times when I noticed something off early in the new systems usage and he always had someone come out rather quickly.  I'm very happy with the system and services provided by Premier, I would recommend them for sure.
