PetSmart Pets Hotel

We picked him up from Bayfield pet hospital with 6vstaples in his left hind leg. We never signed a master's agreement and now they won't tell us what happened. We just have 3 different stories. 1) video shows no dog bite 2) video shows dog bite 3) there is no video

Sometimes you get a good one and sometimes not so much. Now that I have found someone there that I like I request her, but you have all of these groomers, so you can't expect all of them to be perfect.

I love Pet Smart. They are great!

I boarded my 3 cats for four days, over the Thanksgiving holiday. They gave me a and quot;report cardand quot; when I picked them up telling me how well they did with eating, going to the bathroom, socializing, and sleeping at night. My cats did about as well as I thought they would, they did okay but were very happy to be home. I didn't have any problems with their health (no fleas, or signs of tussles with other cats). Everyone I spoke with at the Pet Hotel were very friendly and helpful. I thought the price was better than I had expected, I did think the cages were a bit small, but they are let out during the day once or twice to roam the room. I would take my pets there again.

We love this Pet Smart. The staff is amazing and they true love all the animals. I know when I drop by girls off that they will receive the best of care, its there home away from home!

Dog seemed to have enjoyed his stay and appeared to have been well taken care of. Like that staff are at the store overnight.

I have two lap dogs that needed boarding during a family vacation out of state. This was my first experience with the Pets Hotel at Petsmart. I visited prior to making a reservation to see their facility and to ask my questions. I use Petsmart for my dog grooming so I was comfortable with their professionalism and quality. I received a nice tour, shown the different kennel options, play rooms, etc.. I booked my dogs for their stay and received a confirmation call noting they had contacted my local vet and confirmed that all vaccination were up to date. I dropped both dogs off with their food (Pets Hotel does provide food if desired) and a blanket. Both dogs received a drop off check, which included a thorough visual check of their bodies, including teeth. I chose to have my dogs in a private suite, 4 x 8 room with a television, doggie bed,etc. I called once while away to get a report and was informed all was well. When I picked up both I received a report card. Great Job!
