We called Olson Tec on a Saturday & Larry got back to us within the hour - he even came to our house the next morning (on a Sunday even!) and had everything fixed and running properly in no time. He's been our computer tech for both my husband's business and our personal home computers for the past couple years, and has always been prompt, knowledgeable, helpful and honest.
