MN Monarch Construction

We had MN Monarch add a pergola to our new patio. Dani was pleasant and professional, and her work was top-notch. We were really happy with the process -- she was always on-time and answered our questions -- and the finished product, which is beautiful and just what we wanted. No surprises and efficient work.

It went better than I would have hoped. Dani came up with multiple options at various price points. She also designed it to be easily removable in the event that I need to access the plumbing again. The craftsmanship was excellent and the trim and detail all fit perfectly. I'm so happy to have this project completed and I will look to MN Monarch Const. again in the future for my woodworking/remodeling needs.

Dani provided great quality work removing worn out creaky pine stairs and replaced with oak. She also put in a handrail and fixed a couple troublesome doors. We were very happy with the end product and hope to hire her again for additional projects.

I am very happy with how Danielle performed the work. We had a surprise at the beginning because I had made mistakes in ordering material for the project but Danielle went out and got what was needed and got started. She really did a very nice job with great attention to detail. As a result, the stairs look wonderful now. I am very glad to have picked Danielle for the job and I plan to have her work on other jobs as well. I really appreciated how she cleaned up every evening and put away the tools and material. I would strongly recommend her to anyone else looking for a skilled carpenter.

Dani was responsive and punctual in responding to our request for an estimate to close off a loft wall and build out a closet to create another bedroom in our home. She also showed up right on time and was pleasant and professional to deal with. The estimate came in somewhat higher than we had anticipated (and quite a bit higher than a competing estimate), so we didn't end up using her for the project. I would consider calling her again to bid on other projects in the future, though.

Danielle did a fabulous job! She arrived on time, and worked very hard until she was done. Then she cleaned up after herself and left everything spotless. She did everything that we asked her to do, she had some great ideas on how some things could be finished. It could not have gone better! You will be happy if you hire Danielle!

It went well.

Danielle came to the house and we told her about the project. She set up a time to begin the project and began on that day. She was punctual each day and very diligent about cleaning up daily before she left. Her work is exceptional. She is a very talented carpenter. Every project we had her complete turned out better than we ever could have imagined. I am extremely impressed with Mn Monarch. We will be scheduling her for another project at our home soon.

The work was outstanding! The attention to detail was amazing!! We loved her work and are having her come back to help us complete more projects.

What awesome work! The whole process -from coupon purchase to the estimate to the actual project- took less than 2 weeks! We needed a banister installed at top of a stairway due to lacking one in general. Danielle was incredible thorough and the banister turned out even more beautiful than I imagined! I would definitely recommend MN Monarch Construction in a heartbeat! Fantastic carpentry talent!

Dani provided an estimate which outlined the expected timelines for each step of the remodel (demolition, drywall, trim, etc.) She framed the windows and doors to match the decorative trim in the rest of my home, and I even saw her try several stain colors until she found the closest match and had to mill almost all of the trim pieces herself. IF YOU NEED SUPERIOR WOODWORK DONE, CALL DANI!! As for scheduling & budget, if she ever slipped even one day off the plan, she let me know and if there was a hiccup in price, we discussed before she went further. There is no doubt in my mind that any remodel I plan to do, Dani will be my FIRST call!!

I really like her. She's done everything. Flooring, cabinets, painting, installing new doors, working on walls and putting up walls. The price is $300 a day. She worked everyday when its a big project. If its a small project she just works off a nine. She's inexpensive and she's meticulous. She's got the best attention to detail I've ever seen in a carpenter. I call her a true finishing carpenter. Its perfect. I will definitely use her again.
