Jason in the Kitchen Cabinet department went above and beyond in helping us.  We had many design changes over the several months that he assisted us - SEVERAL.  He listened clearly to our wants, needs, and limitations.  Make excellent recommendations and was EXTREMELY patient.  We started over at least twice and revamped the design several times.  He made some recommendations that turned out perfect! I would HIGHLY recommend Jason to anyone and everyone.



When the cabinet arrived we were not quite ready to install them.  Menards was more than willing to hold them at their location until we were ready to put them in - saving us a lot of concern about where to store them.  The quality of the cabinets we ordered was excellent.  We will use them again in the future.

I'm a regular Menard's customer; this was the first time I had them deliver a comparatively large lumber order. I had mixed feelings when I decided to do this. Positive vibes: sale price for treated pine deck lumber was attractive, they carry 14-foot boards and previous shopping history had been positive. Negative vibes: I was wary of what quality lumber I'd get, as I've had to do a lot of sorting when I've made smaller-quantity lumber purchases. There was no waiting, friendly service and quick delivery (within 3 hours of order placement) despite it being a Monday holiday. But I'd say about 25% of the lumber was iffy to bad; I ended up slightly over-ordering (5 boards total at $4.60 or less each) to have enough adequate-quality wood. My overall feeling was, "You get what you pay for." I'll still be a customer, but might try another source for lumber.
