+ -1 moreSTEVE WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH. I QUESTIONED WHETHER THE BED I PICKED OUT WAS TOO HARD FOR MY TASTE AND HE EXTENDED MY TRIAL PERIOD TO GIVE ME PLENTY OF TIME TO MAKE THE RIGHT CHOICE.
