The cleaners, Irene and Tanya are just fantastic. They always did a top notch job and were always cheerful and on time.  They work quick and one of the best cleaners I have come across.  
But with the good comes the bad.  In this case, it's the management. Gloria is the person I was dealing with in regards to scheduling. Things were fine until I set up our condo move out cleaning. The cleaners arrived on time and did the cleaning.  However, the fridge was not cleaned nor were the shelves in the kitchen wiped.  Our tenants informed us of this.  I called Gloria and informed her.  She said that because I paid $5.00 less due to some miscommunication, the cleaners didn't clean the fridge.  
I asked her why did she not call me if there were any issues as this is not the first time I have dealt with her, the cleaners have been cleaning my home for the last 5 months. I called her every month to set up the appointment.  I also asked her why the kitchen shelves were not cleaned, that should have been included in the cost, she had no answer for that.  We argued back and forth quite a bit and Gloria did not apologize at all and kept on saying that I paid $5.00 less. I asked her why would she not call if there was a problem.  The cleaners actually dropped the keys to me at my office after the cleaning and said everything went ok when I asked them.  
I asked her to have Margarito call me. I believe he's the owner, but he never called me. For this reason, I have a bad taste in my mouth from this service.

Magic Touch Cleaners are prompt and good to work with. They're professional.

I've had them out twice. The first time was great. They even cleaned the soap dish in the bathroom. We had some scheduling communication issues the second time. They were supposed to come out on Wednesday; I waited and no one came. Apparently they had me down for Friday at 1pm, but no one came until 3pm. Sort of frustrating. They cleaned everything within an hour; they did a good job for the most part, but the floor could have been a little cleaner. Overall, they do a decent job at a decent price. I would use them again.

Cleaners were punctual, thorough, and did the job very well. I was very pleased with the results.

they doa good job. I cannot say that are the best. But the house is clean when we come home.

They are very professional and they are very affordable- that was the main reason we went with them. They do change the house cleaner on occasion. So far they have done a good job.

Elbia is really sweet. However, she appears to have not have much authority w/ her employees. Also, she was apparently unable to find English-speakers. When they moved something in the house to clean, they did not bother putting it back. Once they never showed up at all. Sometimes Elbia was calling me to tell me they were coming or something...and it wasn't even the week to come! When I told Elbia that I would no longer be using her service....she didn't even ask why.

Communication was pretty bad from the beginning, which should have been a warning. I was not satisfied with a few areas which looked streaky and still had dust on them. No attention to detail either. I very much disliked that they rearranged things and took items out of closets etc to use for decorating my house (e.g. an old pain rug in our bathroom, old pillows were put on the bed that had been in the closet for ages and things were moved around). Also, a blanket that our son is very attached to and has a certain smell to it was thrown in the laundry which meant he didn't sleep well for nights. The worst was that decorative items were knocked off the wall and not replaced and two blinds were broken in the cleaning process. When I hire a cleaning service I expect my house and things to be treated with respect and I don't feel that was the case. Elbia's response was very unprofessional and nasty as well. I didn't give them a second chance because I was too upset. Do not hire!

We were disappointed in the service and chose to discontinue it. Elbia Hernandez was certainly a likable person, but we can not say that her service delivered what was promised. For example, before the first cleaning, we met and reviewed what would be done. Elbia asked us to specify and supply the cleaning products that should be used for each task. We were happy to comply, but, when the cleaning was done, it was as if we had never discussed this, or several other aspects of the work. We tried to communicate with Elbia and the individual doing the cleaning about several issues, without success. We finally left a detailed table of tasks for the cleaning person, but again, it was as if the information was never received. Some tasks were performed in a puzzling manner, e.g., using oil soap of a tile floor without removing the residue (very slippery!). Also, after one cleaning, we returned home from work to find the entry door unlocked (dangerous).

The house had not been cleaned in two months because of a construction project and really needed a deep cleaning. I met with Elbia, the owner of Magic Touch, before the first cleaning to completely review what I wanted. Elbia is amazing!!! Elbia explained that she preferred to use my vacuum and cleaning products so that there wouldn't be contamination form another household. WOW!! Her staff showed up and immediately began cleaning on the assigned date and did not stop for four hours. When they completed the job they asked if I was satisfied and if not they would change or redo whatever I was not happy with. Shortly after they left Elbia stopped by to check on the work her staff performed and ask me about the experience. There were some things she was not happy with but I was more than satisfied. Keeping in mind it was their first time here and the house was really dirty I thought I got more than what I paid for.

I have been utilizing Magic Touch Services for a year and they have done a wonderful job of keeping my house clean and picked-up. I have complete faith and trust in the company and the owner, Elbia, and have been very pleased with their consistency, friendliness and reliability. I not only come home at the end of the day to a clean house, but an organized one! I would not contemplate using another company.

Magic Touch Services does a fantastic job cleaning our house. We've used several services over the years, and have never used a company half as good as Magic Touch. Elbia Hernandez, the owner, takes great care and pride in her company and has grown slowly to ensure she hires the right people and trains them well before they start cleaning your house. What makes a great company exceptional is the extra touches and attention to detail. Magic Touch accomplishes this. They make unmade beds, straighten items on a bathroom counter, take out the garbage and replace bin liners, straighten shoes in a closet, etc. They also work around our morning nap schedules and take care in not waking up sleeping babies. On a side note, Elbia is also a fantastic cook and will cater parties.
