Ordering was easy and the gentleman assisting me was helpful and polite. I flipped through photos of "standard cakes" and decided to order a cake with some guidelines to the decorator, but not a standard cake. My instructions - this cake is for boy/girl twins turning two. They like butterflies, dragonflies and bugs. No worms please. Have fun with the cake and I will pick it up on Sunday. Because of the vague nature of the description of the cake, I was unable to prepay. The cake was ready on time and many of our guests liked the creativity of the cake, and asked were I purchased such a unique cake. Oh - and it was delicious too. White cake with a fudge layer and butter cream frosting.

I called on Friday to order a cake needed for Sunday pick up (11 am). The woman on the phone was very pleasant and easy to work with. I had several special requests (I don't like traditional "Cake frosting" and wanted something else), also, I wanted the flowers on the cake to have the same type of frosting that they use on their cupcakes. If the employee was unsure if the baker could meet any of my requests, she called the baker and then called me back in a very short time to make sure I was aware of what they could do. On Saturday morning I received a phone call that they were having frosting issues. Would I be willing to try a different type of butter cream frosting. I stated it was no problem, and for them to do the best they could. The cake turned out beautiful, and did not look like, or taste like every other birthday cake I have had that has been store boughten. I would definitely order a cake from them in the future.
