excellent, We might have been able to get the leak in the old unit sealed, and paid just for the refill, however we now have a properly sized condenser that is operating much, much better than the previous unit.

Everything is going excellent, and everything went well. Their pricing is in the ballpark of everyone I had quoted. Their entire team was outstanding , and the installer was out of this world. I even used to sell heating equipment, so I do happen to know a bit about the subject, and he knew more than anyone else I met.

They're very professional and very reliable. We're super impressed with their services. They're really knowledgeable, really gracious. They're just a first class company. I think that their reasonable. I think it's a good value. They're busy people but they schedule and they're very punctual. When they say they're going to be there between 11:00 and 2:00, they're there between 11:00 and 2:00.

Very disappointed. I selected this company because it was close to home and I like to support local companies. The woman answering the phone was friendly and efficient. Or so I thought.
It took four days for them to come out and then I learned they are not a Lennox dealer so do not stock parts for Lennox (my A/C unit.) Had I known this four days ago I would have gone with a different company.
Mike was efficient at identifying my motor needed to be replaced but was not able to replace it since they do not stock Lennox. He was apparently not happy to be working on a Saturday since he told me I was lucky I didn't have to pay double for emergency service (I don't consider 4 days later emergency service), that no supply stores would be open on a Saturday (not true), and that anyone Ii called today would be and quot;p***** because I was bothering them on a Saturday.and quot;
So now it's four days $115 later (thankfully I didn't have them do the emergency service and pay double) I am still without A/C. They should have checked whether I had a Bryant A/C unit (they are dealers for Bryant) before I wasted the time and money. Had they been able to fix it, I would have been satisfied with the price.

The sales person from Kleve responded quickly to my on line inquiry, reviewed the application and offered me a range of options. He took the time to address any questions we had in detail. When we agreed to a package, the service person came out quickly to measure for the ducting and other details. On the day of the installation, a mature, trained crew showed up. The first thing in order was roll out the canvas on the carpet down the stairs. They disassembled the existing heating system and removed it to the driveway. In no time, another truck arrived to remove the old parts and deliver the new system hardware. An important point here; they were dealing with a 100year old house. They handled any gotchas in a proffessional, trained fashion. Overall, from the day they reviewed the installation until they left a nice finishe product was 8 working days. We could not have been happier. I should also mention that the reason we chose them was their rating on Angies and their nearby location.

Fortunately the house has two furnaces, so we were not without heat. The Kleve maintenance technician came out the day after we called for service just as the scheduler advised that he would. He immediately diagnosed the problem and had the blower assembly with him and so was able to install it immediately. Everything was done very professionally and to the schedule that they had indicated. My only concern was that the part seemed to be very expensive for a small electric motor. That probably has nothing to do with Kleve and more to do with spare parts pricing from Amana.

They were very prompt when we called to get an estimate. They were out to install the unit within a few days of our agreeing to have them do the work. Installation was good. Trained us on use of the thermostat. Follow up letter to remind us to get a final inspection by the city.

The process to get a permit was completely ridiculous. It took more than 4 follow up calls from me to both Kleve and to the City of Minneapolis. The permit could have been obtained in one day over the internet or in person (which only took one call for me to learn, and which no one I talked to at Kleve seemed to know). My permit wasn't obtained for 2 1/2 weeks. There seemed to be a lack of communication and accountability between the various departments at Kleve, and I found the amount of follow-up that it required on my part to be unacceptable. The first visit went very well. The technician was very professional, thorough, and conscientious. After the inspection, there was some work that needed to be redone. From that point the experience was not as good. The re-work was completed by a different technician and more than one visit (part of which was due to a situation with the range which was my fault-however, due to the delay in getting the permit and being able to start the work, I considered it to be a reasonable request. The most frustrating part at this point was the condescending tone, lack of customer service focus, and obvious lack of accountability and communication between departments). The grill connection had to be redone completely. The rework was much better, and even the technician questioned why it had been completed as it was initially. Despite numerous questions I asked about the connection hose used (huge commercial hose which the initial tech had told me was the only think he had on his truck), I continued to get different answers from each person I spoke to at Kleve, but all insisted that the inspector would require it. (It kept the stove out a good 3-4 inches from the wall). I made one call to the inspector and verified with him that a residential hose that I obtained at the hardware store myself (2 blocks from my house, where one of the technicians had already gone to get a connector he needed), was perfectly acceptable. At this point, I didn't want to deal with Kleve again, and resolved myself to having someone else come to make the change. After filing a dispute through Angie's list however, Kleve indicated they were willing to send someone to change out the hose, which they have now done.

They are very conscientious. Very clean, professional, friendly and are always on time. Maintenance on 2 furnaces, 2 a/c and 2 humidifiers (4 times a year) is $800. Includes cleaning all filters inside and out.
