 + -1 moreI was very pleased with Kay's ability to get the details right, and to spend the time to learn what it was that we were looking for. She asked very insightful questions that I might not have thought of, too. The way she kind of "bracketed" our price range--showing us what different houses in different ranges and different parts of the West Metro were like, set up documents clearly and efficiently, and took us through not just the process but the details was very helpful. She was very responsive and responsible both times we has her represent us, and I would use her services again without hesitation.
Description of Work: We used Kay Wahlund as our realtor for selling a previous home and for purchasing a new home upon our return to the Twin Cities, about three years later. The rates offered on the sale of the previous home were comparable to the market rates for realtors at that time, and with a small discount (a half percent off regular rate, if I remember correctly). As a buyer's agent, we did not pay for her services when she represented us in buying our new home.
