My fiance and I were looking to buy our first home in the St. Louis Park area. We found Justin through a personal reference and Justin did a great job for us. He made sure he understood what we were looking for within our price range. The biggest thing for us was his patience and understanding while we had questions about the process. He helped us negotiate a great deal with the sellers and did an amazing job simplifying the whole deal. We had some unexpected challenges with the financing when Hennepin County was deemed a "declining market" and we had to switch from a conventional to a FHA product, but Justin was patient and helped us manage the mortgage company so we could keep the process moving. I cannot recommend Justin highly enough, except to say that he will be our agent the next time we have to move.
