+ -1 moreTHE JOB WENT VERY POORLY BUT THE HARDWARE STORE MADE US NOT FEEL SO BAD! WE RENTED THE SNAKE FOR A 4 HOUR RENTAL TIME BUT WERE UNABLE TO RETURN IT FOR SEVERAL DAYS AFTER GETTING IT STUCK IN OUR SEWER DRAIN! WE ENDING UP CUTTING OFF THE SNAKE AND RETURNING IT MINUS MOST OF THE SNAKE CABLE! THEY WERE VERY VERY UNDERSTANDING AND CHARGED US A FRACTION OF WHAT WE EXPECTED FOR THE EXTRA TIME AND BROKEN MACHINE.
Description of Work: WE RENTED A MOTORIZED SNAKE TO CLEAN OUT OUR BASEMENT SEWER DRAIN.
