Jack of All Trades Handyman Eden Prairie

The handyman arrived a half hour late and did not phone ahead that he was going to be late. He did a nice job fixing a busted lock on a sliding glass door. He also installed a shower door, but the work was remarkably shoddy. He lost a small plastic piece that is needed to hold the bushing in place and  did not secure one the sliding doors to the base. As a result, this door kept coming off the runner and I had re-order some parts from the manufacturer and  then fix it myself. Finally, we had special ordered some blinds to be installed. They weren't in when the handyman came by the first time. He assured me that he would install them once they arrived. When they arrived I called twice and left messages, but he never returned my call. Very unprofessional. We will never us this company again and would never recommend them to anyone. Easily the worst handyman service I've used in 15 years.

My experience was pretty horrendous. The original time frame was one week and we finely settled up about seven weeks after the start date. He originally quoted $1700 but we ended up paying a reduced rate because he had to bring a plumber in to do some work that he could not do. Some of the things he said he would do he didn't. I would suggest providing your own documentation and do not be charged by the hour but rather the job.
