window cleaning
+ -1 moreVery well. John & his assistant arrived right on time and started setting up. He laid a tarp in the front door to set their equipment & shoes to keep the house clean. They were very good with my dog and made sure if he was outside to keep the gates closed. The windows are FABULOUS. I didn't realize how dirty they were until now I get to see them clean. They did every window by hand. The only power-washing done was on the screens. They were here about 6 hours in total and made sure to clean up all of their things before they left. John's original quote was $550, but he called me on Wed and said business was slow and therefore offered to reduce the bid to $440. That put it much closer to other bids I had, so I said yes. He was then able to get the work done on Saturday which was GREAT for my schedule.
Description of Work: Cleaned windows inside & out including sills, storms & screens on my 2 story house. 22 windows, & windows on 3 doors. 14 of the windows are original to the house & have 6 panes on top that need to be cleaned individually and 2 glass storms to be washed as well. Note - windows were filthy. I hadn't had them cleaned in years (Litterally).
