Description of Work: Checked our rear projection television which was turning on, but remained dark. Was unable to fix because the parts are no longer available. Was very professional, courteous, and helpful. Reasonably priced for a house call, too. Would definitely use their services again!

Description of Work: Came out on the 28th to see what was wrong with my TV. It wouldn't turn on (or just clicked off and on constantly). Mark looked it over and gave me some idea of what it could be. Told me his plan of action and priced it out for me. It turned out to be exactly what he thought, and my TV is back up and running! Very professional from start to finish. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Description of Work: No nonsense repair company. Reps were friendly and kept us in the loop throughout the repair. TV is back home and will be used for many more years!!

Description of Work: I called them up to ask them to come out and perform a repair. The Tech talked me out of it and told me how to do it myself. No charge. That's what I call great service!

Description of Work: They diagnosed the problem and called with an estimate. they replaced the main board and the price was what was quoted. It was ready when they said it would be. Great service.

Description of Work: I called a number of different TV repair companies before checking Angies list. I saw the great reviews In Home Tech received and called them. I explained my problem to Matt who transferred me to a colleague who told me that they would be happy to come fix my TV however after listening to my issue he thought I could fix it myself. He provided me with some very simple instructions and said if that didn't work to call him back to schedule an appointment. His recommendation worked, TV fired right up. They could have come out and charged me the $80.00 service fee, I would have been happy to pay it but instead he allowed me the opportunity to fix it myself and save the money for the next time when the problem isn't so easily resolved,

Description of Work: Hving problems with a Sony projection TV. I chose this firm because of Angie's list as I always have had a good experience. Sent an e-mail expecting a response but have heard nothing to date (12/05/09) Disappointed but I will use the list and try another.
