Matt was, in a word, fabulous. Pioneer no longer makes TVs. I absolutely love this TV because of the picture, etc. so didn't want to give up on it quite yet. I called Matt and he came over to diagnose the problem. He was up front with me saying that the board that needed to be replaced was extremely expensive and may not be worth replacing. He did say, however, that there is a board re-manufacturing company that may be able to fix the board I had at a much cheaper cost. He sent the board, they repaired it and I have my TV like new again. I can't say enough about Matt and his willingness to find a solution without having to go out and purchase a TV that may not have been as good. I highly recommend him!

White specks appeared on flat screen, as mirrors got stuck in off position. Required new part which In Home Tech ordered ahead of time. Made an appt. for installation, and tech arrived promptly. Because TV was up against a wall, it was extremely dusty, and h brought in his own vacuum and cleaned up all the duct inside and out! When finished, our TV looked like it was brand new!! Picture is gorgeous!!! Exc ll ent servic, I would highly recommend them!

Matt promptly answered our request for a quote. He called to let us know he had been delayed, asked if the new arrival time would be okay for our schedule and got here exactly as promised. Matt was able to get everything hooked up and working in less time than estimated, gave us a discount for being late (which was nice!). He left us with instructions on how to operate everything, put all of the furniture back where it was, and did an all around great job. Excellent service experience!

I have used Matt and his company a few times. They have been very professional, knowledgeable and punctual each time I have called them and needed them to come to my home and fix issues.
I also purchased a receiver from them, and would not hesitate to use them as my go-to company for all of my home theater needs.

IHTS diagnosed the problem with my TV and located a hard-to-find part.  Upon installing the part, a second issue was uncovered (couldn't have been detected prior to installing the part).  The fix for the second issue was far more costly than the TV was worth, so IHTS returned the first part.
In the end, my TV wasn't fixable at a worthwhile price, but I do not feel like I got ripped off getting the problem identified.  They only charged me for the diagnostic fee they originally quoted me on the phone.
Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional.
I would definitely use their services again if the need arises.

The visit went well.  The technician was very clear in stating that the TV repair may not work or it might not last long.  This would be due to the TV parts that could be acquired would be used and there was no way to identify how long they could function.  The technician also discussed the general longevity of the other parts within the TV and possible options for what could be done with the TV.  I was faced with the option of spending $400-$500 for parts and labor for my TV to last for an indeterminate period of time or for me to continue using it as is and then replace it with a new TV.  I decided to only have the estimate and I did not commission any repairs.
I had done approximately 4 hours of online research before contacting this company.  They identified the same parts as I had and they gave me similar repair estimates as well.  If the repairs could have been done with new parts I would have hired them to do the work.  
I would definitely consider calling them again if needed.

He took it apart and informed us it needed a news circuit panel. the part needed to be sent in. When part came in 1-2 weeks later, he came back and finished the repair.

Mark from In Home Tech fixed my Pioneer Plasma TV by using the remote control to cancel out a previous set-up that was causing problems in our home.  The fee was the basic cost for a house call.
Very happy with their work.

He  came out gave us an estimate for our tv, and charged us a decent amount.
