UPDATED Review: I wanted Hugh to do additional work, but on two different occasions he did not show up to do a quote. After the second no-show, we moved on to another provider.
This was 3140lbs of block, 4000lbs of topsoil and 1000lbs of crushed limestone. The work was done on our schedule, neat and clean and no damage to the yard, despite being a long downhill grade. Materials were picked up at Home Depot and hailed to our home and then placed in the back yard.
Hugh is a very hard working young man that has earned my business. In fact, we are having him do some further cleanup of the back yard to prep for landscaping and grass planting.
