Work was promised to be completed in two to three days...steps had to be redone three times, several days of "no show", wood does not match existing deck, some receipts missing, three weeks later still not completed, and I finished the job myself. Also, this contractor could not find the required metal railings for the deck (he used wood railings). Another contractor I contacted had no problem locating the necessary metal railings which I went and purchased and installed on my own.
