Terrible experience! She didn't listen to our project goals nor ask clarifying questions to better understand. Instead, she made assumptions then charged us for the redesign. She was rude, disrespectful, and very unprofessional! We fired her before we even started our project. I was highly NOT recommend!

I'd been on the hunt for an interior designer and found that many weren't good at managing their business (returning phone calls, showing up, doing the work).  The experience I had with Kimberly was outstanding.  My  husband has very definite ideas of what he wanted and let's just say mine were polar opposite.  She understands how to bridge that gap and wants to make sure everyone is happy.  She showed up on time, provided us with options and helped us narrow it down.  She listened to our needs and stayed WELL within the budget that we gave her.

Job went really well. The original renovation contractor came back with an outrageous final estimate that was double what their original budget estimate was two weeks earlier and we promptly fired them. Kimberly was able to quickly find another excellent contractor who started right away, did first class work, finished on time and stayed within the original budget. Kimberly was a joy to work with. She got a feel for our modern taste quickly and helped us make mutually satisfactory choices whenever the wife and I disagreed with each other. She worked privately with each of the children without the parents and guided them to choices that pleased both them and us. We have just hired her back to do a light upgrade of the kitchen involving granite counters, new undermount sinks and new faucets. She will also help us select the outdoor lighting for the decks we are currently having resurfaced and new rails put on.

It was a very interesting process and without Kimberly I would have been absolutely lost. Their were so many decisions to be made, that without Kimberly I would have been lost. She worked within my budget to provide me with the best selections of materials and furniture. She is a wonder and without her my home would be incomplete. Her choices of color and texture are unbeatable and she is a professional through and through. I highly recommend her to everyone.
