He was great! He & his assistant who handled my call were very professional, friendly and warm. He was very friendly & professional during the appointment. I passed inspection & he gave me a detailed document with everything he found, as required, in a timely manner. He was also incredibly reasonably priced - I remember paying much more in the past.

Don Hedquist came to our house, removed shoes as to not soil carpet. He introduced himself and began his inspection promptly. He inspected plumbing, electrical, structural, co detectors, smoke detectors, garage, to name a few. He made several suggestions for improvement. The inspection went very well and I was very satisfied he did a good job.

THE INSPECTION WAS DONE ON THE RECOMMENDATION OF MY REALTOR. I FELT THAT FOR WHAT I PAID, I DID NOT GET MY MONEY'S WORTH. MUCH OF THE REPORT WAS STANDARD BOILERPLATE INFORMATION AND AS I HAVE OWNED SEVERAL HOMES, NONE OF THE INFORMATION WAS NEWS TO ME. I DID NOT LEARN ANYTHING SPECIFIC ABOUT THE HOUSE I WAS BUYING. I WOULD NOT GET ANOTHER HOME INSPECTION AS A BUYER -- WASTE OF MONEY.
