+ -1 moreHE WAS REFERRED TO US BY ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER. AFTER SEVERAL OF OUR UNANSWERED CALLS WE ASKED HIM IF SOMEONE ELSE COULD GET BACK TO US IF HE WAS TOO BUSY. SURPRISINGLY, HE GOT HIS WIFE TO CALL US BACK. SHE REASSURED US HE WOULD RETURN TO FINISH THE JOB. AFTER A COUPLE OF THOSE PHONE CALLS FROM HIS WIFE AND ANOTHER MONTH LATER, WE FINALLY GAVE UP. AFTER GETTING SOME NEW ESTIMATES, WE REALIZED HE WAS EXTREMELY HIGH PRICED AND HIS PRODUCT MATCHED HIS NAME, A COMPLETE "LEMON".
Description of Work: WE WERE HAVING OUR FRONT WALKWAY AND STEPS REMOVED AND NEW CONCRETE POURED WITH A STAMPED OVERLAY. THE OWNER STARTED THE PROJECT ON MAY 20TH, THROUGH THE COURSE OF THE ENTIRE SUMMER AND NUMEROUS UNRETURNED PHONE CALLS, WE KNEW HE WASN'T GOING TO RETURN.
