Everyone at Gunnar Electric was a pleasure to work with. They got us scheduled in a reasonable amount of time, and were able to fit in an “emergency” visit when we had trouble with the pre-wiring of our hot tub. I got estimates from a number of electricians and they were very fairly priced. Highly recommend.

We called over the week-end, and they responded promptly on Monday morning. The electrician solved the original issue and fixed a couple other small electrical problems during the hour visit. He was knowledgeable and professional.

Great!! The service man came & got right to work. He was excellent at problem solving - and we apparently had several due to past workers! He would ask a question or two, solve the problem & fix it. At one point he ran out to get a new fixture. Other stuff he needed he had in his truck. He was very personable, got a lot of stuff done in a short time, cleaned up. We will definitely call Gunnar Electric whenever we need an electrician!!

It went great-they came quickly and completed the task in two trips due to ordering parts. The second trip was just a day later.

On the initial call to get an estimate, I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful employee that discussed with me what I was looking to do, and the estimated cost of what the project would run. After speaking with them and feeling comfortable that this was indeed a good company to work with, I got on the schedule for the job to get completed. The electrician arrived on-time and started to get to work immediately. They took special attention to the fact that while the panel is disconnected, that the fridge is obviously not cooling anymore, so they worked through their lunch to limit the length of time that power was disconnected from the house. The work performed was done cleanly and done well. Upon the electrical inspection, there were some extremely minor corrections that were needed to be followed up with, but they were able to come back out and get those addressed in a matter of 5 minutes. I am 100% satisfied with the work that was performed, that the employees are friendly and caring, and that I will have them back out in the near future to perform additional work.

they determined it was Xcel energy who had a bad underground line coming into the house and nothing on the inside was wrong. They called xcel to fix it right away.

On price, I'm guessing they were competitive.

Great work and super helpful

The overhead and recessed light problems were readily fixed; the home theater problem was not a major electrical problem and was fixed by resetting a system surge protector; the four smoke alarms did need to be replaced. Resolution required two separate visits, one to assess issues and the second to install bulbs and smoke/carbon monoxide alarms after obtained. Steve was the electrician both times and he did a very good job - he was professional yet friendly and worked efficiently and quickly. I was very pleased overall.

Electrician Chris arrived on time. Very positive attitude! Good work pace. Very conscientious about not tracking in dirt from outside--much appreciated. Cleaned up all debris at various work sites. Was great to work with; made good suggestions for can lighting that we adopted. Will definitely call Gunnar for future electrical work.
