I am extremely disappointed with their customer service, which is nonexistent. We hire them on a yearly basis to manage our condominium association, so I believe they should be open to communication with the owners. Their rudeness in not responding to letters or emails or telephone calls is abusive, and I have submitted a complaint to the BBB.
