Things went fine. They fixed an issue very quickly. Two gentlemen came out. They were very responsive, amiable, and competent. It all happened the same day. As I recollect, I probably called those guys at 1 o’clock. They were there at 2:30 and everything was finished by a little after three.

I got the referral from a friend who is trained on HVAC and had tried to revive the old compressor. We had unusually hot weather and were eager to get the system repaired. I called the company and they gave me options to pick from and were willing to come out the next day. Due to my schedule I made an appointment for 2 days out. He came out on time and removed the old and installed the new equipment in 1 day. All has worked fine since.
