DON'S WEATHER OUT

Overall, they did a very good job. Don was very patient and attentive to my needs and was willing to do the little extras, I asked for such as adding the diverter and re-attaching the hanging gutter. He also obligingly gave me referrals I requested. The job was done in the very reasonable time he estimated, the crew was polite and arrived on time every day. After 2 of 4 downspouts were put on in a direction I didn't like, they came back and corrected them just as I wanted. They left the ladders alongside the house for a couple of days after the job was done, but that was ok because I was so impressed with how timely the debris and dumpster were removed. They took precautions to prevent damage to my house, as well as my neighbors' houses and gardens I have on three sides. Except for my beautiful new roof and gutters, you would hardly know they were here.

JOB IS COMPLETE AND WILL NOT LEAK, BUT IT LOOKS SHODDY. I AM JUST NOT VERY HAPPY WITH THE WAY IT LOOKS. IT IS NOT AESTHETICALLY PLEASING.
