THE 2 YOUNG MEN WERE FRIENDLY & POLITE WHEN THEY FIRST ARRIVED. THEY FINISHED & LEFT QUICKLY, ONLY THEN DID I DISCOVER THEY HAD NOT PLACED THE CABLE WHERE I HAD REQUESTED IT. THEY BECAME "SNOTTY & BELLIGERENT". WHEN I CALLED THEM ON THEIR CELL PHONE & ASKED THEM TO COME BACK. A PHONE CALL WITH MY NAME & NUMBER TO THEIR EMPLOYER WAS NOT RETURNED.
