 + -1 moreHe was very personable, knowledgeable and showed me things. He knew right away what the problem was. He was prompt and professional. He was just great.
Description of Work: He resolved computer issues with a very old PC, updated and double check the firewall. He resolved my glitch with being able to backup my Quicken. He also had to replace a part.
