CRE CONSTRUCTION

We continue returning to CRE Construction.  We have used them multiple times over the past 8 years.  This company is very professional and works with your ideas and budget.  I was extremely impressed with the interaction the workers had with my children who were small at the time of the first project!  They have always very respectful of our family and our home!  I would HIGHLY recommend (as I have multiple times to friends/family) CRE!

We interviewed more than one contractor, and are glad we chose CRE.  We worked with Chad, and he was professional, responsive and had a great eye for construction detail and design that affirmed and complemented that our of interior designer.  He was willing to work with a designer and cabinet maker of our choice, and gave us solid advice whenever we had a question about construction, materials, or design decisions.  
Chad is a contractor with deep integrity.  On one occasion he didn't know I had stopped in at home and was within earshot upstairs. I heard him interact with a subcontractor who was suggesting a shortcut method for finishing a stairway detail.  Chad calmly told the sub that the work needed to be "done right", and without shortcuts or compromises, or the results wouldn't be acceptable.  
Now, a year after our project is complete, we still wake up every morning admiring the beautiful and functional space that CRE helped us create.  We are currently working with them on plans for a second project at my husband's office location, because of our previous satisfaction with Chad, his architect, and his capable and friendly subcontractors and suppliers.  
CRE is a relatively young company that will continue to grow as people with high standards for quality and integrity become acquainted with their work.  Our home was featured in a Fall 2012 Remodeler's Showcase, and we were told that it received extremely positive feedback from everyone who walked through that weekend.

WE HIRED C.R.E. TO ADD ON TO OUR HOME. THEY DIDN''T SECURE THE SIGHT AFTER DIGGING THE FOUNDATION EVEN WITH RAIN IN THE FORECAST, WE HAD A MUDSLIDE INTO OUR DRIVEWAY AND BASEMENT. THEY NEVER OFFERED TO SEND ANYONE TO CLEAN IT UP, THEY OFFERED TO HELP ME. THE CEILINGS ARE 2 FEET LOWER THAN EXISTING HOME. THEY HAVE NOT FINISHED ELECTRICAL,CRAWL SPACE OR CONCRETE AND REFUSE TO LET THE ELECTRICIAN FINISH THE JOB BECAUSE WE HAVE NOT PAID C.R.E. IN FULL, ALTHOUGH WE DID WRITE A FULL CHECK FOR THE ELECTRICIAN. THEY ARE DISPUTING THE DAMAGES THAT I HAVE OFFERED AND WE CANNOT GO AHEAD WITH INSPECTIONS BECAUSE THEY AREN''T DONE. NOT DONE, NOT PAYING. I REPORTED TO THE BBB AND AM NOW TYPING MY REBUTTAL LETTER. WE HIRED THEM TO DO THE BIG JOBS, WE WOULD DO FINISH WORK. THEY NOW CLAIM THAT DIGGING AND BUILDING FOUNDATION, FRAMING 2 ROOMS, DRYWALL AND PAINT READY OF THOSE TWO ROOMS AND ELECTRICAL DOES NOT MAKE THEM THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR OF THIS PROJECT AND THAT''S WHY WERE HAVING DIFFICULTY NO
