Everything went very good

Great, you pay $49 diagnostic for each computer, but he applies that towards the FIXX. He does not inflate the price of the part. Cost below was for both computers and he did give me the Senior discount. He has moved to the intersection of Valley View and Mitchell in Eden Prairie in the old PDQ, now BP Plaza, next to Gina Marie's Pizza.

I would HIGHLY recommend John to anyone.  He is very bright, very competent, and very fair.  He is a former teacher and he explains everything in terms that you can understand.  He is patient and answers any questions you might have.  His work and expertise is well worth driving to Chanhassen for me.  He stands by his work and always says to call if I have questions or problems once I get my computer home.  I trust him 100% and feel fortunate to have found him.

John is simply the best.  This is the second computer he has fixed for me.  The first one was a power supply in an All-in-one Gateway.  He quickly diagnosed the problem and if the part wasn't in Germany, would have had it back to me sooner.  But less than 2 weeks later and wa-la! It works great and all of my stuff is in tact!  The computer he just fixed (picked up this afternoon) was my daughter's Dell that is 4+ years old.  For a long while it was shutting off in the middle of doing anything and then it would try to restart in safe mode.  Strange.  After diagnosing the issue (took less than a day) he found that the Crypto Locker virus was on my computer.  He was able to remove and reinstall all of my programs as well as  save all of my files that were encrypted with this virus.

John is very professional, fair and explains exactly what he is doing.  He also suggests ways to safeguard your computer files and offers advice on equipment purchases and the like.

I would highly recommend John and Computer Fixx Chanhassen for all of your computer needs!

John was really good and really nice. He came out to my house and was there for about an hour. Their prices are reasonable and they will also help you over the phone. He goes right to work and gets right on the job. I would recommend him to anybody.
