He was really good. He restored it and it looked fine. It would have been like trashed otherwise because we had tried everything on it. The guy who came out was very good. The guy came very fast, within twenty four hours and he was able to fix it. He was a very good communicator and very professional I can say.

Bob was on time, knowledgeable of wireless computer set-ups and keep them secure. It was key that the person have extensive wireless background. He listened to the list of concerns, started with desktop and worked through the network to the laptop to ensure there were no issues. Then explained what he had done one both computers and then showed up how to use our computers for maximum efficiency.

Outstanding. Came when he said he would. Worked hard to fix the problem and did not try to snow me with Computerese. Actually Fixed the problem. Was professional and friendly. Followed up to see how things were going and did not charge an arm & a leg.
