CONTACTED THIS COMPANY BASED ON A FRIEND'S RECOMMENDATION. MET WITH AN AGENT WHO REALLY KNEW HER STUFF. SHE GOT US A FIRST TIME HOMEOWNERS LOAN WITH A FIXED APR AT A VERY GOOD RATE. SHE EVEN QUALIFIED US FOR A SPECIAL CITY GRANT THAT PAID FOR MOST OF OUR CLOSING COSTS. THEY WERE VERY UNDERSTANDING OF OUR NEEDS AS WE ARE BOTH SELF-EMPLOYED AND WERE ABLE TO GET US A LOAN THAT A MORE CONVENTIONAL COMPANY MAY NOT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO DO. CLOSING WAS A BREEZE. VERY SATISFIED!
