 + -1 moreResponded immediately to our inquiry, stopped by the next day. Send a quick back of the napkin estimate shortly after. Contacted again for next step of full, detailed proposal of work and timeline. Had to follow up via phone about our proposal, and it's now been over a month since that call and we haven't heard anything. They came highly recommended by friends and neighbors for their high quality work, so disappointed from the lack of communication and follow up, as we'd have liked to work with them.
