Great. I originally met Alex at the gym I used to belong to. At the time he was not my personal trainer, but if he saw me doing an exercise incorrectly when I was working out, he would step in to help me with my technique. I ran into him a few months later outside of the gym and he let me know that he was training independently now. I am planning on getting married in September and I really wanted to get into shape. Alex comes to my home and trains me twice a week. I don't have a lot of equipment at my house, so I was concerned that I wouldn't get a great workout, but he always surprises me with what he calls "props". He'll bring things like ropes, balls, and pulleys to workout with. On occasion, we go to the local gym to mix up the workout. I have had excellent results in the three months that I have been training with him. I was a little apprehensive about working with a male trainer (especially one in great shape), but he has been really personable and professorial.
