+ -1 moreThe service team was difficult to work with. There were two service visits in between. The service department had refused to let the manager replace the machine because they said that the top part needed a new part.
Description of Work: I purchased a treadmill from this company and it needed repair. I bought the machine on February 18th and had to call them on the 20th to have them come out for a repair. I didn't get the new machine until March 16th.
