We had water damage in our basement and needed to have the old carpet removed and new carpet installed. My wife had relatives coming to stay with us and I needed someone that would come out right away! Kathy was able to move some things around and accommodate us with short notice. They came out and measured and installed three day later. The installer was respectful of our house and showed up on time. They did a great job the installers were very professional and cleaned up before they left
