I was struggling with my roof repair so we decided to call someone. We found Your Home Construction on the list and called for an estimate. The owner, Tracy said he was in our neighborhood and could stop by within an hour. He arrived 15 minutes later and did the work on the spot! We have a barn style roof which is hard to access but he had no problem. The whole process from phone call to finish took less than an hour. We are very impressed and will be using them for future jobs.

He is superb. he is reliable, competent and very pleasant to deal with. He is very responsive when we need his services. He does terrific work. We have been very pleased with all the work he does. We are very particular with the workers we have here, this is an architeched-designed home. He is very conscious of the price and very helpful with doing the work economically.

Tracy Pumper came over in person a couple hours after my first call, and he looked over the porch we wanted replaced. He said he'd get back to me in a week with a bid, and after two weeks I called him since I hadn't heard back. He called me back within the hour with a quote. I called him a couple weeks later to set up a time, and he said he'd drop off a brochure with information about the materials. A couple weeks later he arrived within an hour of the scheduled time, and he apologized for forgetting to get the brochure to me. It took him about half a day with two guys helping to finish the job, and since they finished quicker than they had planned, he gave me $50 off the quoted price (reflected already in the price I gave Angie's). They cleaned up well, and were very polite and nice to work with. They were worth any wait, and Tracy seems like a very nice man. He just needs a secretary to send out brochures and bids so he doesn't have to worry about it.

It was a pleasure to do business with Tracy! His team of three are true craftsmen who obviously take pride in their work. They finished the job in about 2 days, and the end result is simply fabulous. I no longer worry about the porch roof toppling down on us, nor the old floorboards popping their nails out! Tracy may not occasionally return calls promptly, but that's just because he's so busy. For those who do not get a call back from him when expected, just keep calling him. His work is DEFINITELY worth it, and he's a super-nice guy.

THE WORKERS WERE CAREFUL WITH THE REST OF THE HOUSE WHILE THEY WORKED ON MANY PROJECTS AROUND THE FIRST FLOOR AND BASEMENT. I REQUESTED A CHANGE TO THE STAIR TRIM MID-WAY THROUGH THE WORK AND THEY WERE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE. THE ESTIMATED PRICE WAS THE FINAL PRICE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ALL. THEY REALLY ARE EXCELLENT TO WORK WITH AND THE END RESULT IS OUTSTANDING.

TRACY RESPONDED PROMPTLY TO MY PHONE CALL. HE CAME OUT AND DID THE ESTIMATE. HE WAS VERY WILLING TO SPEND THE TIME TO ANSWER QUESTIONS I HAD REGARDING THE WORK. HE COMPLETED THE PROJECT IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER. HIS PRICING WAS REASONABLE. HE WAS VERY GOOD TO WORK WITH AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.

WE HAVE NOTHING BUT PRAISE FOR THIS COMPANY'S WORK AT OUR HOUSE. TRACY PUMPER COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE RESPONSIVE TO ALL OF OUR CALLS, QUESTIONS, AND REQUESTS, AND THE WORK WAS DONE WELL AND ON TIME. HE ALSO MADE VERY HELPFUL RECOMMENDATIONS, SOME OF WHICH MAY HAVE REDUCED THE SIZE AND THEREFORE THE COST OF THE JOB. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I NEVER RECEIVED THE ESTIMATE AND THIS WAS 3 WEEKS AGO. WHEN I CALLED TO GET THE ESTIMATE THEY WERE JOHNNY ON THE SPOT. AS FAR AS FOLLOW UP,IT IS LOUSY.
