Animal Boarding Kennels
This is an excellent facility. They have an indoor play area and a pool in the outside area. Our dog is a 3 legged rescue dog who has had many changes in his life, and he does not know how to play. The staff realized he did not do too well in the play areas, so they took him upstairs and gave him extra attention. Pablo liked it so much, he wasn't sure he wanted to come home.

My dogs were so happy at Wagging Tails Pet resort. The dogs were treated with so much love and attention. I especially loved being able to check in on the webcams. I highly recommend Wagging Tails. They are the BEST daycare and boarding my dogs have ever experienced!

They were the BEST pet resort and daycare I have EVER had! They really love the dogs and take care of them as if they were their own. I loved being able to check in via webcam and see how happy my dogs were playing with the other dogs. Now that I have moved out of state I am wishing that there were more places like Wagging Tails in my new hometown. I highly recommend them!

Animal Boarding Kennels
In my opinion, they were a very good company until they remodeled. I don't know what happened, but I started feeling that it wasn't the same that it was before. They used to be more personal with my dog. I was just disappointed the last time we used them because they didn't seem to know him very well. I used another facility the last time we went on vacation but I think we'll give Wagging Tails another try.

The staff is friendly and great with our dog. He can't wait to go and play with the other dogs all day. He plays so hard that he usually passes out for the rest of the night. I love the live webcams so I can check on him during the day.

My dogs love it, I love it. Great to be able to check up on how their doing via webcam. Staff is great, very friendly and greet my dogs (and me!) the minute we walk in the door. Dogs are very happy and excited to be taken from me and into the playroom. I plan on boarding my dogs at Wagging Tails this summer. Feel very confident they will have fun and be well cared for.

We were in a bind to find somewhere to drop our dog off for the night. We found Wagging Tails Pet Resort who luckily had an opening. The facility is located near the airport off of a frontage road...a little off of the beaten path. We were pleasantly surprised to walk in and find a nice, clean place with friendly staff who genuinely seemed to care about our pooch. The facility is reasonably priced, has private kennels for each dog with music and tuck-in service each night. The dogs have supervised play most of the day with regular breaks for rest. I've recently heard that they now offer special luxury suites and webcams if owners feel the need to check on their pups. We will have to plan another trip so Daisy can stay another night or two!

Great facility, attentive staff. I like that they kennel each dog for a period of time during the day to rest, away from the other dogs, as 11-straight hours of activity is just too much! Webcams are great, large outdoor play area too. It's a newer facility, and they are very attentive to the animals. They recently added a and quot;Lion's Denand quot; too for cats to hang out. Highly recommend! Will be trying the overnight boarding soon for an upcoming trip.

The Wagging Tails has been great and more importantly our dog, Domino, loves his visits to Wagging Tails. We take Domino to daycare there a couple of times a month on average. He is always excited to go in mornings and comes home exhausted.
After an assessment of your dog's behavior and play style the staff puts them in the correct room for their needs. In the warmer months they have an outdoor play area which Domino seems to get extra tired in. Occasionally we will pick him up to find him behind the counter and quot;helpingand quot; the staff, presumably when there is no left in his specific play area.
On the several occasions we have boarded Domino there everything has gone great The staff has taken care of our special requests ,since we have a picky eater, even making us feel at peace saying they would hand feed him if that's what it took.
The only knock on taking Domino to Wagging Tails? In the summer he will come dirty from frolicking with all of his friends in the dirt and grass of the outdoors. I would suggest making time for a bath at the end of the day or taking advantage of the onsite grooming they have available.

"Buddy was such a wonderful young pup with so much energy. We all miss him greatly but we are very happy that we could help your family find him a good home. We remember when Buddy started coming to Wagging Tails Pet Resort and would romp around in the office with another puppy because he hadn’t had all of his shots so he couldn’t be in a playroom. And when he stayed with us the first time and he used to cry in his suite so we took him out and let him stay in the office overnight and he loved that, he would be one passed out little boy when we would arrive in the morning. And we can’t forget to mention something about his girlfriend. When Buddy would be in the Half Pint Haven playroom and girlfriend would be the daycare attendant over in Grand Slam, Buddy would find a way to get to her like his life depended on it. He would crawl through any nook or cranny and dodge all the Great Danes and Labs he had had to, to make it into Nikki’s arms. He was always the talk of the counter whenever we would have customers dropping off or picking up their dog(s). Everyone wanted to pet Buddy or hold Buddy. We were very impressed - they require dogs to come for one day (for free) prior to boarding. The require all vaccinations. Our puppy was thrilled to be able to play in their large play area with the other dogs. This is not a place where the dog sits in a small kennel all day. No extra charge for loads of play time. He also had his nail trimmed while there which went great. We were very pleased with the facility and their care of our puppy.

Although my dog, Paisley, loves the group play during the day, I had a terrible experience with fees and customer service and won't be bringing my dog back again. Wagging Tails charges another day's boarding fee instead of a daycare fee if you do not pick up your dog by 12:30 p.m., even if you notify them in advance. My dog stayed over one night and I picked her up at 4:30 p.m. and was charged an additional $38, plus tax for another night's boarding even though she was only there for an additional 4 hours! This resulted in a $81 charge for only one night's stay. They did not feed my dog her evening meal even though I was charged a second boarding day and she was returned dirty. When I booked my reservation, I was informed I would be charged at the daycare rate for the time between 12:30 and 4:30 p.m. However, the person helping me a checkout charged me for two days' boarding, was very terse, and did not offer any explanation for the discrepancy despite my request for one.
I rarely write complaints or reviews and I'm sorry to have to put a negative comment, but overall it was the worse experience I've ever had with pet boarding. I don't recommend Wagging Tails to anyone.

They are a great boarding facility. What impresses me is their sincere love of dogs and their set up. I like that they have playtime for dogs three times a day, so the dogs are just not sitting there and doing nothing. My dog had a medical issue that developed while we were gone and they took care of it. They don't have a veterinarian on their staff but they took my dog to a veterinarian with whom they have a contract. They were very responsive to my instructions. My dog gets a little feisty when it gets overtired and I had warned them about that. I suggested that they pull him out of play period if that happens and they did that. My dog came back in excellent condition. I have recommended them to others.
