StageWorks did our FSBO home staging. They did a phenomenal job!! We got so many comments from realtors and average people about how great the house looked... certainly far better than it ever looked while we lived there! StageWorks is super customer-focused. I have nothing but good things to say about their professionalism, attention to detail, and courtesy. If we were to sell a house again, we would without a doubt use StageWorks again.

Stageworks was very responsive and easy to work with from the get-go and truly did a phenominal job. In our situation, we had our parents' 53 year old home to sell. We had neutralized it with paint and new carpet, but it was vanilla plain and totally empty, which would only draw eyes to every little fault. Staging seemed the trick but I had a bit of a hard sell with my siblings as they felt it would sell quickly as is because of its location so questioned the expense. However, when Anita was done with her magic, my phone started buzzing with RAVES! My brother said she'd taken 30 years off the house...my sister said she was ready to move in and has repeatedly said she's SO glad we hired Stageworks... my sister-in-law repeatedly said, "Oh,my gosh-- I can't believe it!" As she walked through...and she's a gifted stager herself! I forwarded the pictures to our kids and they were awestruck-- didn't even recognize it! "Happy dancing" all around!!! We still have to get the house listed, so time will tell how it goes from here, but it won't be Stageworks' fault if it doesn't sell in a heartbeat. (We'll probably have Covid-19 to thank for that.)
