Great.

Got just what I expected plus attentive service to detail after the install. I have used Rain Gutter Service Inc. before and I will use them again.

The service went very well.  It took them about three hours to complete the work.  They were fast and they did a good job. The pricing was fair.

Very happy.  Terry did a great job at a reasonable price.

I called Terry on Tuesday and he was able to get someone over to clean the gutters that same day!  He said if nobody was home he would just send a bill.  I recommend them for fast, professional service!
The only tiny complaint I have is that they left small piles of gutter gunk throughout the yard.  Maybe this is expected though.

When I called to see if they could get someone to come out, Terry answered the phone himself. He told me he could come out the next day.  He called the next morning and was on the roof a half hour later, first shoveling and then getting the ice off.
I couldn't be happier with Terry's service and my decision to call Rain Gutter Service.  I am going to make sure I keep Terry's number handy - I'm sure we'll be hiring him again.

It went very well. I would use again.

.I spoke with Terry about getting the gutters cleaned around Oct. 31st.  I was concerned it might be too late in the season to get them cleaned and I could see small sticks sticking up on my gutters.  He said they's be out the next week; two employees showed up Monday, November 4th and cleaned the gutters in less than 45 minutes.  They brought their own hoses, located the spickets and got to work in a timely manner.  Gutters look great and it was done before the snow flies which makes me happy.

These guys are fantastic, I highly recommend. I'd used a competitor last year to inspect my gutters and replace the rear gutter.  They checked the front and said there were no issues.  Actually the front gutter is not level and had just one downspout, so water was running over the edge from the corner without a gutter, and I noticed mold in the basement where the water was overflowing.
So I called the competitor back and just asked them to install a downspout (I didn't explain-didn't want to start off on a bad note). I actually spoke with someone and arranged for them to come out. They never showed, never called.  I called and left a message. Still no show. So I called Rain Gutter Service and they came right out. 
*I* made a mistake and couldn't show them the area to install when they arranged to come out, so they had to come back.  They did -super fast- and installed the downspout right away.  I only wish they had online payment, as I'd love to pay them as fast as they provided service!

I had my Gutter replaced because I had a hole in the old one and a squirrel family taking up residence in my house...was not good.  I called the Gutter folks and was told i didn't have a "gutter" problem but rather a squirrel one that needed to be addressed first.  So I had the Squirrels moved, called the Gutter folks back...they came out, took a look, gave me a quote, i agreed with the quote, replaced the Gutter and that was that....easy breezy, covergirl!  I'm very happy with the work performed and happier to not have Squirrels as tenants!

They were able to schedule the work to be done faster than 3 or 4 other companies I called...time was a factor because water was getting in the basement and its a rental property and there was rain in the forecast is a couple of days.  It was a pretty small job for them but they still accommodated my situation promptly.

Great. When work man arrived realized his ladder was not log enough to reach the roof safely. He went back to get a longer ladder  (40 foot) and started work at 2:00 pm sunny to partly cloudy. Started working cleaning the gutters with a water hose, removing leaves and debris. Downspouts ( 4 downspouts 2 stories high) were blocked, removed blockages and flushed out debris with water until it flowed clear and tapped the downspouts to confirm it was clear. This was a laborous process going up and down the ladder several times at each downspout including some diasaseble to remove the accumulated leaves etc..
Once the gutters and dounspouts were clean, installed a screen over all gutters. Worked until the job was finished , almost 7:00 PM . Cleaned up the debris. I was present during the entire time, he answered my questions and was knowagalbe about the process and left me with a sence of confidence that the work was done right and that I would have minimal problems in the future.

I did call them back because my gutters needed some additional repair and Terry was very responsive.  He came right back and fixed he problem at no additional fee.
