You will not receive an invoice or be asked to make payment until you are completely satisfied with the work completed. We do not use any sub contractors - only employees. We carry all necessary insurance including workers compensation and liability insurance to protect you and your home.

We hired Window Genie of Edina to clean our gutters after noticing runoff in a particular spot in our gutter. When it turned out we didn't have an issue with blockage, but rather an improperly positioned Gutter Helmet, Kevin went above and beyond to make sure that this was fixed and we were happy. He truly believes in and delivers quality customer service. I highly recommend.

They were great with scheduling and responsiveness. Since I can see in my gutters a can't say how clean they are, but they were out here quickly.

I had forgotten to hire someone to do this back in September so they had schedule me for early December. But they showed up and did the job so quickly and so quietly I didn't even realize it had been done. I like that.

It went great. They recommended a cover that is supposed to have minimal issues in the winter. They did a great job and cleaned up afterwards so we couldn't even tell they did the work until we saw the covers were in place.

Scheduling was quick and easy. They respected my preference for email or texting to communicate. One person introduced himself on the day of service so that I was aware of the activity in my yard. That person was very polite and professional. The job was completed quickly and billing will be received by email. I couldn't ask for more.

I contacted the company in June and they called me back in a day. They quoted me a price without even looking at the house, and also said I didn't have to be home. I expected that from other reviews but it still seemed odd. We set a date, the workers showed up on time, were very courteous, showed me all the crud that came from the gutters and then cleaned up very well. They did everything you would expect. The real surprise was, they fixed my leaky outdoor faucet as well!

Terry was very responsive. I described what I wanted and he did a drive-by the next day and called me back. He told me that I didn't need any repairs or adjusting, just a cleaning and adding the guards. I agreed and he said they would get it done the following week. That phone call was on a Friday and the workers were on site on the next Tuesday. No fuss. They did the work well and I was sent an invoice. I will definitely use them again.

We had this company come out and clean our roof/gutters. They did a wonderful job; the roof looked like new. The gutters were very clean and that was no easy task. We have screen-type leaf guards that had to be removed and the debris cleaned away. I highly recommend this company. Job well done!

The men came out within a few days of my call. Terry had given me the estimate over the phone. (I had already measured the number of feet of gutters that I have.) They went up on the roof and used a vacuum and other tools on the gutters, as well as the water hose. It did't take long. They were very polite. They also removed the debris, except for the "shingle grit" on my front sidewalk. I swept that up. Terry also came over a week later and inspected the gutters himself. Both he and his workers are pleasant and easy to deal with. I appreciated the senior discount (10%) and will use them again.

My gutters were in VERY bad shape and I called these guys to come clean them out.
The job was very challenging because the gutters were really fully of mud and debris from many years of not being cleaned. Additionally, the previous homeowner installed Cheapo-style gutter covers which are hard to lift up, making the cleaning job even more difficult. The guys came out and cleaned all the debris of my roof tops, then ran a bunch of water through the gutters and hauled away all the crap that came out of the spouts. I noticed afterwards that more debris had settled into the gutters or didn't get flushed out - Terry sent the crew back the very next day and this time the gutters were cleaned out perfectly.

Terry called me back promptly after I left him a message regarding the project, and set up a time shortly thereafter to come out and give me an estimate. After giving me the estimate, he was able to come back within a few days to complete the work. Terry did a very thourough job and did not disturb our landscaping. Highly recommended.

I was very pleased with the work. They were able to do the work the week that I called. The service person called me to make sure everything was done. The new downspout looks good and seems to be working well after a couple of heavy rains. This was one of the few companies I found that did gutter repair work rather than complete replacement and they also didn't try to sell me on any upgrades or gutter guards.
