Initially, it seemed to be going well. I had concerns about the ceilings and pointed out to workers who assured me they would be addressed. I also realized the purposed completion date wasn't realistic for work and I was forced to postpone my scheduled move-in date. It ended up taking 20 more days than initially agreed upon and ultimately the work wasn't completed. When I went to view what I was told was "finished product" I was very unhappy. I reached out in a respectful manner as Christian, the owner and he ghosted me, blocked my phone number and I had no response. Unfortunately, I had paid him in full for the work and only held out a small amount for the disposal of debris. After waiting one week and sending another email to him, I received this reply: "We apologize for the inconvenience, but due to unforeseen circumstances we have been forced out of business.-- Respectfully, Christian Decker Owner, Palette Vision Painting" I have between $2000-$2500 in work that is not completed to any degree of acceptability and will need to be redone. I am so disappointed in this company.
