*****As of October 1, 2015 I am unable to add any new business due to full schedule.*** Owner/Sole Proprietor. I typically provide free in-home estimates within a reasonable distance from my home office in Eagan. Some jobs are by-the-hour and some are at a flat rate. If you live beyond my typical service area, you may call and I may make an exception. My rates do include sales tax where applicable. My business makes an effort to be a One-Stop-Shop for your home needs, primarily serving the needs of seniors, disabled and other home-owners that would like to have just one person(female) to call for most needs.

Lisa phoned a day ahead to confirm the appointment we had set up. She was very considerate and conscientious from the time she donned her "indoor shoes" to the time she neatly packed up and left. Lisa came well supplied with cleaning tools that she has found work well, but was more than willing to use whatever I wanted used. After seeing how "slick" her tools worked, I purchased some for my own use.
She was thorough and patient as she cleaned her way through our less than well organized collection of "stuff" occupying the built- in shelving. ( I was finding it difficult to tackle by myself! ) She dusted all of the high, difficult to reach areas. She thoroughly vacuumed upholstered furniture and rugs. Floors were cleaned and damp moped. She even replaced a washer on a bathroom faucet. Everything felt so clean when she was finished.
Since she is so flexible and willing take on special projects, I have scheduled her to help me continue some much needed sorting and cleaning. I'm a "happy camper."
