Excellent! The problem was fixed, and my computer has been working great ever since. I appreciate their honesty and how quickly they got to my computer. I will definitely use them again for my other computers. All of the employees there were very friendly and helpful.

I have used IOT at my place of employment for a number of printer repairs as well as toner replacements and have always been very happy with them. They are extremely responsive both in the reply to my service requests as well as the actual service itself.
