It went well. I purchased an Angies List deal for this service, and for some reason the automatic scheduling on this website caused problems for those who purchased and for the owner. I was totally happy with the timing and thought the owner did a good job of communicating what was happening. I was happy with the result.

First, I'm very pleased with the result; (I'd give it an A-). Check out the before and after photos. My only concern was that I was unaware that there would be bleach used. I don't have a problem with that; I've done the same when I've cleaned it myself in the past, but it would be good to explain this up front.

Took a few weeks to schedule but I received regular communication. My siding was terrible. They did a fantastic job. I will certainly use their service again.

They warned me when they came that they might not be able to get all the streaks out in certain places, lowering my expectations a bit, but I was very pleased! They did the exterior of the home as well as a small patio and the front entry steps. They shared thoughts on how I could keep a larger paved patio level and looking good, as well as the best way to clean my deck. I used a super reasonable Angie's Deal, so cost could not be projected to current jobs.

I was a little skeptical that a standard pressure washer was going to remove the paint from my garage. Until one of the owners showed up with this huge pressure washing rig that can actually boil water! He also attached a buffer type machine to this set-up to clean and scrub the base surfaces. The man was really friendly. Overall the service was AMAZING AND I rate this company an A PLUS!

I have a fairly large stucco finished house (15 years old). Had the entire house washed, along with deck. Turned out very good and clear -like new.
I had my own high pressure sprayer that I had cleaned my deck and pillars off with in the past, but they didn't come nearly as clean as with the unit they brought out - truck mounted - industrial unit. I hadn't thought of having my house washed before, but I can sure see the difference now. Very happy. I think this is good to do from time to time, as it makes the whole house look like new again.
I was surprised that there wasn't any mess left, as they took care to clean up when done. I like the fact that they bring their own water too, as other companies seem to have a typical car wash sprayer and connect to your water. H2Overhaul's machine is way, way more powerful and they don't use your water. We also had them pressure clean the roof of my shed, which had a green tint to it from mold that I couldn't get off. This looks great now too.

H2Overhaul came out to clean our stucco. The house may be overall a bit cleaner, but there is still some staining and new staining has occurred around our front door and under the eves on the south side of our house. Since the new staining is in areas we have never seen staining before, we believe that water from the cleaning process went through the stucco - possibly through cracks - and leached the rosin out of the wood framing and lath of the house. We're disappointed this happened since we hired H2Overhaul to remove the same kind of staining. We're back to square one.

"This instance was through Groupon and not Angie's List. I had no control of the sale. Groupon sold a $99 house wash to him, not a $5k restoration project! Stucco homes in Minneapolis and St. Paul require some restoration because of atmospheric pollution that ordinary pressure washing will not clean. This is a pressure washing business, not restoration. The only thing I could for this customer after the fact I explained that I can't restore his property, is to wash it! He understood the procedure, and I cleaned it. I knew that it wasn't going to be to his liking, but he had purchased the coupon, so here we are! As far as the staining, we use no product that would cause staining to any surface, it's 80% water! Water shouldn't stain stucco! Sorry!"

The price was very reasonable. The price was much better than any other companies. He even came out on the weekend and did not charge me extra. He appears to be trustworthy and he is. The work is excellent. He was very understanding about payment issues and other concerns.
