Received a call  back the same day.... stopped by the next day for an estimate.  Painting completed within two weeks.  Punctual, courteous, fixed nail pops, very clean and thorough.   Would highly recommend and would definitely use their services again............

The first word that comes to my mind about my experience with Flannery Painting is EXCEPTIONAL.  John and his crew are professional, courteous, responsive and above all his work is impeccable.
John?s attention to the details is what sets his work apart.  John came to our job needing to repair allot of areas that were damaged
by a previous contractor, including areas in a large 2-story foyer and you cannot tell where the repairs were done.  
I had complete trust with John and his crew to have full access to our home and come and go as needed when we were not there, this was something that was very important to us in a contractor.  Apart from the noticing the fantastic workmanship when I arrived home in the evening, I could not even tell John's crew had been there during the day, the job site was kept spotless.
I will never use anyone else when it comes to my painting needs, and neither should you!

We had a water leak from the main floor into the basement ceiling. Flannery Painting came in and repaired the ceilings and walls from the damage that we incurred. The preparation work they needed to do before hand was almost as extensive of a job as the painting. They did an awesome job. They always cleaned up and communicated with us on a daily basis and were very professional. Highly recommended!

I contacted John early in the year to arrange to have the front of our house painted.  He provided an estimate same-day and we coordinated a time early spring for the work to be completed.  John kept in touch throughout the process and was able to color match the existing painting.  John and his crew showed up on time, kept the yard clean, and did a fantastic job.  The front looks better than it ever has.  We will definitely use Flannery Painting again!

John was great- he was incredibly responsive and came out for an estimate within a few days of my initial call. His quote was very reasonable and he was able to get a crew out within a couple of weeks. He had indicated they would be out either the last week of April/first week of May and he sent someone out to do the wall repairs earlier than that. The painting was done 4/30 and 5/1. The workers were very careful in our house, including putting up sheeting downstairs to limit dust, removing shoes and putting tarps out in the hallway and in the laundry room where they were cleaning up. I also appreciated that John worked with me on the fly to adjust a couple things in the estimate, including painting the inside of closets and the stairway. The quality of the painting was great- no complaints! I had John quote our main level and will definitely be using them again.
